Miyazaki Wagyu dumplings with truffle oil, thyme infused soy sauce 

Main course
Bincho charcoal grilled Cherry wood smoked Scottish salmon glazed with Teriyaki sauce, garnished with burdock chips, pea shoots and tororo konbu

Bincho charcoal grilled Angus sirloin steak with house Japanese pickles and black pepper sauce

Dessert
Home made matcha soft ice cream on a bed of Adzuki beans and crispy rice

Lobster tail tempura with Yoshinogawa aonori infused batter.
Served with spicy mayonnaise and tentsuyu

miso sauce served with house Japanese pickles
